Occupying the most historic part of the hotel – the Grade II listed former hunting lodge circa 1604 – we have our Hunters Bar & Kitchen. 

Hunters Bar & Kitchen offers honest tasty food, locally sourced, created and prepared by renowned local chef Neil Hornsby, Sous Chef Ben Johnson and their team.  We serve specialist coffee from Oakham’s local roaster Two Chimps, local craft beer from the Oakham based Grainstore Brewery and locally produced spirits, including from Market Harborough the award winning Two Birds range of gin and vodka.

Bar opening hours:

Monday to Thursday – 6pm to 10.30pm
Friday & Saturday – 2.30pm to 11pm
Sundays – 12pm to 10pm

Kitchen opening hours:

Monday to Saturday – 6pm to 9pm
Sunday – 12pm to 2.30pm / 5.30pm to 8pm
We are also open to take pre-booked lunch groups Monday to Saturday

Breakfast opening hours:

Non residents are welcome to join us for breakfast!

Monday to Friday - 7am to 9am
Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays - 8am to 10am
