Occupying the most historic part of the hotel – the Grade II listed former hunting lodge circa 1604 –we have our Restaurant & Bar.
Our Restaurant and Bar offers honest tasty food, locally sourced, created and prepared by our talented team. We serve specialist coffee from Oakham’s local roaster Two Chimps, local craft beer from the Oakham based Grainstore Brewery and locally produced spirits, including gin from Multum Gin Parvo & rum from Cap & Copper, both distilled right here in Rutland.

Breakfast is open to non-residents as well as Hotel guests - advance booking is recommended

Monday & Tuesday - 5pm to 10pm
Wednesday to Friday - 12pm until 10pm

Tea, coffee & drinks available daily in our Snug from 10am

Sunday Lunch
Prepare your taste buds for our mouth-watering Sunday roasts. You can enjoy our Roast Sirloin of Beef, Roast Chicken Supreme, Roast Loin of Pork, Homemade Nut Roast, Sea Bass Fillet, Wisteria Burger and Pea & Mint risotto. All are served with yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, roasted carrots, braised red cabbage, cauliflower cheese & homemade gravy.
